Role Summary/Purpose

To manage logistical flow and inventory of spare parts, consumables, tools and PPE’s offshore to support our Service/Operations team.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Preparing shipments and order picking
·  Receiving shipments from O&M base or CTV
·  Inspect and verify products, materials and equipment before storing in warehouse. Incoming inspection
·  Maintain and manage inventories in warehouse (SOV)
·  Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallets area and work station neat
·  Ensure correct and safe way of storage, transport and packaging
·  Data entry and stock management in ERP
·  Implement and improve existing procedures
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Solid experience in a similar position
·  Experience in the offshore (wind) industry
·  ERP and WMS systems
·  GWO and offshore related requirements 
·  Fluency in English
·  Understanding of logistical and warehousing processes
·  Proactive
·  Team player
·  Problem solver
