Role Summary/Purpose

We are looking for a Mechanical Technicians to join the Gilboa Hydro Power Plant Operation and Maintenance team.
As an Mechanical Technician you will be part of a team executing planned and unplanned mechanical maintenance activities on equipment in the Hydro Station, according to company regulations and the contract with the Customer.
Essential Responsibilities

• Execute mechanical related maintenance activities according to the work plan provided.
• Ensure compliance with all site Quality Procedures, Work Instructions and EHS Policy and Procedures.
• Report unsafe conditions, events and hazards.
• Maintain and update all routines, schedules and reports with relevant plant maintenance data.
• Assist in routine testing of plant and equipment.
• Responsible to assist in reducing maintenance cost by efficient use of consumables, parts and tools and preventing their loss or damage.
Qualifications/Requirements

• Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering;
• At least 3 years’ experience as Mechanical Technician in a large industrial environment, preferably in a Power Station;
• Mother tongue Hebrew, fluent English (both verbal and written);
• Willingness to occasionally work nights, weekends and holidays.
