Role Summary/Purpose

The Logistics Analyst – Importation is responsible for managing the import process, since place the order until arriving in Brazil stock, ensuring the lead times for each step, strong interaction with Sourcing, Commercial, Regulatory, Warehouse, Planning and all areas who can ask for imported parts or accessories.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Continuous internal communication with all Healthcare factories and OFS to ensure the production and delivery to meet the customer expectation. 
·  Implementation of tools and dashboards for KPIs visibility and communication and follow-up. 
·  Interface with internal and external customers (Sales, Engineering, Distribution Centers, Customer Experience, Freight Forwarder, Broker) 
·  Coordinating and communicating shipment delivery requirements with freight forwarders and issue the Shipping Instruction to Exporter. 
·  Capture information from Apptus and Sales Tracking and keep them updated with import status. 
·  Checking stocks before starting an import process; interaction with Logistic Planning team/Sourcing to guarantee the PO ready before the shipment. 
·  Support S&OP process. 
·  Support warehousing optimization/Lean projects. 
·  Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. 
·  Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines. 
·  Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required. 
·  Proficient knowledge, understanding and leadership for International Trade Compliance, identify, report and resolve any trade compliance issues.
Qualifications/Requirements

·  High School Degree and 2 years of experience working in logistics, foreign trade, engineering, or supply chain management;  
·  Advanced English 
·  Very strong Customer Focus 
·  Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced changing environment. 
·  Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment. 
·  Solid communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others from different countries and cultures.

·  Bachelors in Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Engineering or Supply Chain.
·  Demonstrated logistics leadership of multiple facilities in a similar industry.
·  Proven ability to work on cross-functional, multi-cultural teams.
·  Creates energy to deliver company goals through creation and comprehensive communication of practical “hands-on” operational plans and strategies.
