Role Summary/Purpose

Lean & Process Improvement Expert is responsible for managing and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles at Generator Factory Wroclaw in compliance with the Lean Roadmap (part of BF Roadmap). Lean & Process Improvement Expert provides direct organizational and professional support to Lean activity in the organization.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Implement lean mfg & process improvement culture by continuous learning & development

·  Execution of Lean strategy and delivery of process improvement projects,

·  Track and update project milestones,

·  Provide associates & good understanding of Lean tools,

·  Create and foster Lean project teams

·  Collect and analyze process data, identify solutions, implement improvements,

·  Keep Lean activities in line with the business objectives / Blueprint

·  Develop and communicate best practices

·  Lead value stream mapping, process flow and line balancing

·  Facilitate process of both internal and external audits,

·  Develop procedures for product flow and waste control,

·  Ensure up-to-date Lean information flow

·  Track and report key metrics on lean activities.
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Some experience in Lean transformation in manufacturing,

·  Ability to develop a Lean factory vision

·  Lean trained with demonstrated ability to apply tools and process rigor

·  Ability to lead, manage and communicate with all levels of operation,

·  Change agent with energy, passion and enthusiasm to drive change

·  Inclusive leadership style, proven ability to build a connection with the team through personal involvement and trust

·  Proven ability to prioritize, plan and execute important business and supply chain initiatives

·  Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a complex, global, unique and ambiguous environment

·  Interpersonal communication skills,

·  Organizational and problem-solving skills,

·  Bachelor’s Degree in business or technical field from an accredited university

·  Fluent English
