Essential Responsibilities

·  Collaboration with the Customer Care Center in processing internal 1st/2nd level support inquiries on connectivity
·  Administration of the WEB-based service portal application
·  Collaboration in the development of self-service services for applications in the Customer Care Center
·  User account management
·  System administration tasks in a Windows based environment
·  IPv4 network troubleshooting tasks

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Student (m/f) in any IT related discipline (e.g. Informatics, Data Science, Medical IT)
·  Understanding of Windows OS
·  Basic IPv4 networking knowledge
·  Good problem analysis and solving skills
·  Good English language skills
