Role Summary/Purpose

The Communications intern will be supporting GE Gas Power China’s communication activity, including offline event, internal and external communications, media relations, etc. The position will be based in Beijing, reporting to Director, Gas Power China communications.
Essential Responsibilities

- Provide support and develop content for a wide range of traditional and digital communications platforms.
- External Communications: You will assist in executing the overall external communications strategy, campaigns and media engagement activities that support the business objectives.
- Marketing (Marketing Communications) You will work closely with team members to implement and oversee ongoing mass-volume marketing campaigns. Work scope mainly includes supporting customer summit, digital marketing campaigns/social platform execution, contract internal process and payment process, detailed event itinerary follow-up and coordination.
Qualifications/Requirements

•3rd year undergraduate or postgraduate having sufficient time for internship, majored in Marketing, Communications or English
•Computer proficiency with knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Word
•International study experience is preferred
•Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to multi-task
•Positive, have good interpersonal skill
•Strong communication and language skills in English and Chinese
•To commit as least 3 working days attendance per week
