Role Summary/Purpose

This individual works on projects related to a particular function depending on their prior coursework and degree program.
Essential Responsibilities

1. 负责商业智能WEB平台的页面功能设计和开发，主要实现对业务应用数据的处理调度、管理以及可视化等业务
2. 协助产品需求梳理、市场及竞品对标，产品包装及对内对外培训设计
3. 协助全国所有项目管理跟进与软件安装等事宜
4. 协助梳理和规范团队各部门运作的流程，包括各部门重要文件资料的存档管理，不断提升运营效率
5. 完成上级交办的其他工作
Qualifications/Requirements

统招本科以上学历，计算机相关专业，有市场相关或运营经验的优先
1． 熟练使用HTML、Java、AJAX等Web前端开发技术
2． 熟悉数据仓库架构（Hadoop/Hive/Spark）
3． 具备良好的沟通协调能力，良好的服务与管理意识。
4． 注重自身形象，工作态度认真，热情细致地为人处事，善于“换位思考”。
5． 具备亲和力、乐观积极向上、性格开朗、易与人沟通、良好的团队协作力。
6. 每周工作三天及以上，实习可持续至少三个月
