Role Summary/Purpose

L’ingénieur Qualité Technique rédige à partir des cahiers des charges clients et/ou des normes l’ensemble des documents liés aux missions et responsabilités du service Qualité Technique

The Valve Quality Engineer prepares all documents related to the missions and responsibilities of the Engineering Quality department from the specifications, code and/or standards
Essential Responsibilities

• Rédiger tous documents Qualité Technique comme les Plans Qualité Matériel requis au titre d’un contrat spécifique
• S’assurer que les exigences spécifiées sont en accord avec la législation en vigueur, les principes d’hygiène, sécurité et environnement, les spécifications contractuelles et les codes applicables (ASME, RCC-M, PED, ESPN, CODAP, etc….)
• S’approprie les codes, standard et spécifications référencées dans le domaine de la pétrochimie, l’alimentaire, les applications spécifiques, le nucléaire….
• Rédiger, tenir à jour et diffuser les Plan Qualité Matériel standard et standardisés
• Rédiger, tenir à jour et diffuser les spécifications de contrôle, d’essais et d’approvisionnement
• Rédiger les cahiers de soudage et les spécifications techniques
• Supporter techniquement les autres services dans le domaines matériau, traitement thermique et métallurgique
• Assurer le suivi qualité des commandes (dossiers réglementaires, inspections clients, établissement certificats)
• Rédiger les demandes de dérogations client

• Define all the engineering Quality Documents as Material Quality Plan required by a specific contract
• Ensure that the specified requirements are in accordance with the legislation rules, the principles of hygiene, safety and environment, the contractual specifications and the applicable codes (ASME, RCC-M, PED, ESPN, CODAP, etc....)
• Appropriate the codes, standard and specifications used in the topics of petrochemical, food, specific application, nuclear....
• Define, update and transmit standard and standardized Material Quality Plans
• Define, update and transmit the specifications of control, testing and supply
• Define the welding book and engineering specifications
• Technically support other services in the scope of material, heat treatment and metallurgical
• Follow-up quality of orders (regulatory files, customer inspections, establishment of certificate …)
• Define the customer deviation request
Qualifications/Requirements

• Diplôme d'ingénieur (bac + 5) produit industriel/ingénieur mécanicien ou équivalent et/ou 3 à 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans le domaine mécanique
• Expérience dans le monde de la vanne, des pompes ou industrie équivalente.

• Engineer Degree ( A levels + 5) Industrial Product / Mechanic Engineer or an equivalent and/or 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the mechanical topic.
• Experience in the world of valve, pumps or equivalent industry.
Language skills - Must speak fluently, read and write in French and English - professional level

• Anglais lu écrit et parlé.
• Connaissances démontrées en mécanique générale, en contrôle non destructifs, et en matériaux
• Connaissances des codes de constructions et des normes (ASME B16.34, ASME III, ASME VIII, ASTM, EN, ISO, etc….)
• Fort esprit d’équipe, bonnes capacités de communication et de synthèse
• Fortes compétences organisationnelles, capacité à prendre des décisions et travail en autonomie.
• Fort engagement personnel à travailler au niveau et dans les délais requis
• Bonnes connaissances des outils pack office Microsoft
• Capacité à s’approprier des spécifications techniques ou de normes.

• English read, written and spoken.
• Demonstrated knowledge in general mechanics, non-destructive test, and materials
• Knowledge of codes and standards (ASME B 16.34, ASME III, ASME VIII, ASTM, EN, ISO, etc....)
• Strong team spirit, good communication and synthesis capabilities
• Strong organizational skills, ability to make decisions and work independently.
• Strong personal commitment to work at the level and time required
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office pack tools
• Ability to appropriate technical specifications or standards.
