Role Summary/Purpose

Integrate & develop HR
processes to help drive business across the GE Transportation Digital teams in
Melbourne, FL. Contribute to the site strategy and manage complex issues within
this Digital team. Own the full scope of HR functions including employee
engagement, organization design and change management.

Essential Responsibilities

·  Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to multiple managers and employees with specific focus on: 
·  Employee advocacy/engagement
·  HR fundamentals and process training
·  Employee relations management
·  Performance management
·  Career development
·  Talent assessment, acquisition and retention
·  Workplace investigations as appropriate
·  Consult with the clients to
define roles and missions, design the organizational structure, and on
organization effectiveness  
·  Lead and facilitate change
efforts 
·  Provide counsel in the design and
implementation of compensation and recognition programs 
·  Provide support or deliver
training on a variety of Human Resources topics 
·  Conduct annual People
Reviews  
·  Facilitate communications
throughout the organization
·  Act as an advocate to employees
to ensure that all individuals receive fair and equitable treatment 
·  Develop appropriate human
resource plans in support of key business needs in a dynamic, changing
environment and develop / implement appropriate change management plans as
required 
·  Manage Affirmative Action plans

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent with at least 6 years of relevant work experience)
·  Minimum 3 years prior professional work experience in Human Resources (can include internships)

·  Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational & documentation skills 
·  Proponent of the segmented HR model, understands the benefits
·  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources
·  GE HRLP Graduate or graduate of a similar program
·  PHR/SPHR certification
