Role Summary/Purpose

Teh Reliability Engineer need to perform monthly Trending analysis of parts consumption in teh field and prepare reports to review with global team. Need to deep dive on teh various contributors and identify trends and propose projects to improve teh reliability of teh Interventional systems. Teh candidate will be required also to develop teh reliability plans and work on multiple cross functional projects to oversee teh reliability goals.
Essential Responsibilities

• Teh candidate will need to perform system evaluation, review failure/consumption data and participate in detailed analysis to determine cause of failures.
• Teh candidate will be required to work wif various online tools to provide details for product quality initiative and present deep dive whenever required.
• Coordinate wif technical team and support them wif trend analysis, pattern identification and support through teh root cause failure analysis process.
• Be knowledgeable wif failure analysis tools and teh ability to apply failure analysis tools such as Cause-TEMPEffect diagrams, FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis
• Identify and report any safety or quality concerns and take immediate action as required
• Propose continuous improvement activities by implementation of process and product improvement actions to drive product reliability.
• Teh candidate need to maintain teh database for teh systems in teh Installed base and release a quarterly update of teh same.
Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Experience in Excel, Macros and VBA to be able to create, modify & troubleshoot reports as necessary
• Experience wif Weibull, Blocksim etc.
• Database proficiency esp. SQL queries for retrieving data for analysis, frequently
• Identifying and resolving issues using technical expertise, FMEA & other statistical tools

• Experience wif Tableau.
• Experience in Installed Base engineering at a reputable organization
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools and systems
• Good teamwork, coordination and oral and written communication skills
• Strong metrics and operational excellence focus
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent Quality certification
• CRE from ASQ or CRP from Reliasoft or equivalent certification
• Working knowledge of GEHC tools and processes
