Role Summary/Purpose
1. Healthcare diagnostic equipment installation/ Repair/ Maintenance at site.
2. To be able to Handle end users/customers with good communication skills which gives them confidence on GE service.
3. Should be able to do his job effectively in the stipulated time by developing competency on handling the equipment and taking the required support whenever required.
4. Help other team members whenever support is sought.
Essential Responsibilities
1. Deliver on the various operating matrix that are in place to measure the effectiveness of service delivery.
2. Ensure personal safety while at work as well as safety of others. Raise immediate concern wherever required.
3. Ensure maximum up time of the equipment being handled and also ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Align self to organizational goals and deliver accordingly.
Qualifications/Requirements
BE/ B.Tech in Electrical/ Electronics & Telecom/ Instrumentation
Have at least 3 years field service experience, preferably in MR and CT equipment.

1. Learn and follow the organizations processes and maintain highest level of integrity while in the Job.
2. Understand GE culture and adopt the same.
3. Should be positive with a great attitude and eagerness to learn.
