Role Summary/Purpose
Fleet Reliability Operations (FRO) is the technical solution provider, maximizing the performance of our onshore and offshore wind turbines.
Your role will be responsible to drive the necessary remote operation activities to improve the performance.
Essential Responsibilities
· According to the event registered in the remote operation tool do the diagnosis and failure analysis to execute the adequate remote operation.
· Whenever remote operation is not possible start escalations process for working action to field dispatching.
· Manage queries from technicians and customer from call center
· Escalation of repetitive issues to the second level of support
· Actively participate to improve our remote operation process and tools
Qualifications/Requirements
· Electrical technical engineer, specialist in handling wind turbines or solid experience in an electrical engineering profession
· Willingness to shift work and on-call services even on weekends
· Teamwork
· Willingness for permanent further education
· Effective communication skills in both English and German
· Daily user of database
· Microsoft Office experienced
· Willingness to travel occasionally
Desired Characteristics
· Significant technical experience in controls / SCADA
· First experience with offshore wind turbine troubleshooting by remote and cooperation with offshore engineering
· Strong personal interest in latest technology trends in the field of digitization and IT
