Role Summary/Purpose

The Digital Service, Field Service Product Owner will provide product management for the Field Service digital portfolio within the GE Healthcare Life Sciences Services business for its global field service organization. Responsibilities include assisting with the development of the global digital strategy for ServiceMax and other tools for Field Services, portfolio management and tactical execution of deploying new solutions, enhancements, and support to end-users of the applications.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Assisting in the creation of the playbook and recommending strategies for the portfolio; plan development; and execution.

·  Creating and executing project plans and driving deliverables to closure.

·  Gathering global business requirements, leveraging industry knowledge and best practices and translating the global requirements into user stories and user story grooming.

·  Prioritizing user stories based on business impact (productivity, increased revenue) and aligning user stories to a release.

·  Managing testing activities for the portfolio, including; test script review / approvals, test plan / scenario testing in UAT, iTest and post production sanity testing.

·  Authoring SOP’s / Work Instructions, end-user / SME training, end-user communications (e.g., defect status, proper system use, portfolio plans).

·  Having accountability for driving Change Management and end-user adoption for portfolio; conformance to the global processes and proper ways of working.

·  Has responsibility for tier 3 end-user support for portfolio via regional subject matter experts and regional leaders; managing portfolio functionality defects with support from Services CoE

·  Monitoring product portfolio performance, use, maintenance and developing and executing mitigation strategies to address and prevent issues.

·  Acting as an advisor/advocate to shape and prioritize GE Digital/ServiceMax product roadmap (features, functionality to drive adoption, productivity, simplification, end-user satisfaction with the product) as required.

·  Has accountability for delivery of goals and objectives

·  Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position

·  Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines

·  Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

·  Responsible for data integrity of the system inventory, as applicable

·  Responsible for the validation of all GxP relevant applications and maintaining the validated state of those applications

·  Aware of and comply with the change management work instruction

·  Develop an open quality culture within the organization that fosters issue discussion and decision-making based on quality and compliance objectives
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical discipline or equivalent

·  Significant experience defining and driving leading-edge digital solutions

·  Deep understanding of digital technologies and how to apply them

·  Experience of working with ServiceMax and Salesforce

·  Experience with process quality methodology

·  Awareness of and ability to deliver compliance requirements

·  Excellent English and written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization

·  Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills

·  Analytic, creative and business focused problem solver

·  Ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions
