Role Summary/Purpose

Work experience in site planning and project execution. Candidate should have worked in
customer interfacing role and should have independently handled design and execution of projects
with experience in execution of building services. Candidate should have demonstrated track
record of strong focus on guiding customers through planning till execution of designs. Candidate
should be a team player.
Essential Responsibilities

•Site planning and layout design using AutoCAD.
•Analysis of architectural, Structural and services drawings provided by customers and external
consultants.
•Project Planning.
•Scheduling of activities.
•Contract management.
•Preparation of contract documents
•Pre-qualification documents etc. Evaluation of bids.
•Preparation of project formats
Qualifications/Requirements

B.Arch degree from a reputed institute
•Experience in field customer activities
•Worked in site planning role at drafting and decision making positions
•Should be expert in AutoCAD 2D.
•Customer oriented.
•Should be open to travel in the region
•Knowledge and inclination towards engineering aspects of the building
•Field operational experience.
•Commitment to quality and cost reduction in projects.
•Technical background: knowledge in electricity, mechanics, physics, civil works, building trade,
CAD.
•Problem solving expertise.
•Fluent in English.
Desired Characteristics

•Masters in Construction management
•M.Arch degree from a reputed institute
•Exposure of working with interior fit out companies
•Additional knowledge of AutoCAD 3D or 3D Max
•Business understanding.
•Project management expertise
•Knowledge of social and local regulations, EHS rules.
•Knowledge in transportation and logistics.
