Role Summary/Purpose

The Academic and Pharma Collaboration Program Manager directs a virtual cross-functional team that interfaces with external partners (and potentially their CROs) to achieve contract-specified objectives. The position drives clarity by defining and prioritizing the program objectives, critical success factors and deliverables for the GEHC team with a focus on Immuno-Oncology (IO) Molecular Imaging Initiative.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Driving effective communication across businesses and functions, including global supply chain, contracts, business development, product teams, regulatory, compliance and clinical development as appropriate to the collaboration needs 
·  Be primary point of contact for collaboration partner whether academia or Pharma unless an alternative individual is identified 
·  Provide project management support by: leading internal team meetings, updating trackers, providing minutes and maintaining trial-related documents and records in a common location 
·  Create and maintain project plans for proposals and ongoing activities (e.g. studies) with collaborators and internal stakeholders from Imaging R&D and other functions 
·  Working with the Business Team and program leadership team to deliver on collaboration commitments on time, within budget and with competitive features 
·  Provide support for Business Development by liaising with legal, contracts, Imaging R&D and Product Leaders to support collaboration strategies including contributing to proposals, presentations, and reviewing scope of work discussions for contracts.  
·  Working with external collaborators to solicit product feedback. 
·  As appropriate Review Sponsor documents related to each study to ensure that appropriate language is included regarding GEHC products being used. 
·  In the case of Pharma projects read, understand and adhere to the Sponsor’s SOPs for trials where contractually obligated 
·  Coordinate and be accountable for the product-related documentation and training manual to be supplied by GEHC for each study including details on drug supply, safety reporting, imaging and quality metrics. Work with the global regulatory group to ensure that regulatory requirements are met. 
·  Ensure support for product training at Sponsor’s Investigator Meetings 
·  Ensure support for IO trainings and organize ad board meetings 
·  Facilitate supply chain activities including ensuring the review of RAM license, support site RAM license requirements and identify site supplies needed to support GEHC diagnostic agent administration NEHPP

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor’s Degree
·  3- 5 years’ experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or Clinical Research Organization, preferably with project/program management responsibilties
·  Domain experience in nuclear medicine/molecular imaging, immunology, and/or oncology  
·  Strong written and oral communication skills 
·  Self-starter, energizing and able to multi-task 
·  Demonstrated problem solving ability and results orientation 
·  Demonstrated execution at meeting project goals while satisfying quality, performance, schedule, and budget requirements
Desired Characteristics

·  Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following: development knowledge, program management, and business planning processes having experience with the full product lifecycle 
·  2- 3 years’ experience in project leadership 
·  Sound technical and domain experience in at least one functional technology area  
·  Excellent knowledge in program management and business planning processes having experience with the full product lifecycle
