Job description

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for the Recruiting team located in Austin, TX, you will provide talent sourcing support for a range of role from Sales, Technical, Professional Service, ect...within the North American region by collaborating with management and the regional Human Resources teams.

A week in the life of a Talent Acquisition Sourcer:
· You will create innovative and resourceful sourcing strategies to find and attract the top passive and active talent.
· You will accurately post jobs on all available talent platforms including on social media like LinkedIn.
· You will precisely screen applicant resumes based on hiring managers' requirements.
· You will actively source candidates utilizing resume databases, networks, social media and other relevant resources.
· You will collaborate with hiring managers, human resources and the recruiting team keeping all parties informed and engaged with the progression of recruitment for the roles.
· You will assist the recruiting team with overall recruiting goals. 
· You will maintain the integrity of the recruiting reports and applicant tracking.
· You will perform other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
·  To succeed at this job, you must have: experience reviewing resumes, posting jobs on job boards, and sourcing active and passive talent in multiple industries; knowledge of Boolean and LinkedIn searches and an understanding of current industry trends and best practices and employment labor laws.
·  It would be preferred if you have Taleo, Application Tracking System, experience.
·  You must be fluent in English.
·  We would like someone to join our team who is a team player, detail oriented, tolerant of ambiguity and able to work in a fast paced environment.
·  You must have a Bachelor's Degree.
·  We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of talent sourcing experience.
