Job description

Being part of the Human Resources team in the Paris headquarters, you will be working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Business teams based in Europe and US. You will also be part of several projects related to our recruitment strategy at Gameloft.
Talent Acquisition for the European and US business offices :
- Understanding of the recruitment needs with the managers
- Posting of job ads / sourcing
- Interviews (phone, on-site or video-call)
- Recruitment activity reporting
Recruitment strategy :
- Analysis of local markets (salary ranges studies, strategies to target job seekers, mapping of our main competitors locally)
- Direct headhunting in order to have a pool of talent for critical positions
- Organization of school/career fairs
Your profile
- You have a successful experience in recruitment, ideally with international profiles
- You are fluent in English
- You are able to adapt to multiple contacts and working with remote managers
- You bring your ideas to improve processes and ways of recruiting
