Your position and environment?
Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group in NAO Division is looking for you as a VIE (RECRUITMENT AND TALENT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST) for our RBU Corporate offices in Queretaro, Mexico.
Your role and responsibilities?
Your main missions will be to
Administrate all HRIS information
Responsible for HR functions in RBU
Manage expatriates processes
Recruitment and hiring process for key positions in RBU
Support in MD process, creation presentations, generate reports, follow process
HR special projects
Support HR functions in Plants (Training, EE, FES)
The mission will last 24 months.
Who are you?
Bachelor degree or Master degree / Business Administration, Psychology
Fluent in English / Spanish
Human resources experience: Recruiting, HRIS, Talent Management, HR BP experience
Software: excel, word, power point
