Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group
- Europe Division is looking for a VIE Program Quality Leader (m/w) for its site in Augsburg
- Germany.
The main missions of the role are:
- Ensuring customer quality expectation in development phase
- Perform the Quality Target Study to incorporate Lessons Learned and to define the Program Targets
- Defining the control plan for each steps before and during the industrialization process (prototypes, pre-series parts, and serial life)
- Responsible for the sampling coordination, Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) to the customer and internally
- Serve as the interface with the customer regarding quality topics and process any customer quality issues
- Guarantee product quality before start of Production and six month after Start Of Production (SOP).
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Master’s degree in Engineering
- Above average communication skills, leadership skills and interpersonal skills
- International mindset
- Fluent in English, German or Spanish would be an asset
- Experience in Quality department will be an asset
- Drawings understanding and basic quality documentation
- Customer focus
Mobility & Flexibility (Travels: 30-50% of the time)
