- Europe Division is looking for a VIE Logistics Improvement Leader (m/w) for its plant in Finnentrop
- Germany.
The main missions of the role are :
Support management in the implementation of plant PC&L methods and tools
Proactively support PC&L team in: data analyses, readiness reviews, up-to schedule plans, etc.
Challenge current processes, bring up continuous improvement ideas and lead implementation actions
Build up solid network with stakeholders in the region (e.g. Engineering, Launch and Plant personnel) with strong focus on business approach: cost-oriented achievement of Customer, Supplier and Faurecia timelines/milestones
Communicate and report progress
The VIE mission will start in as soon as possible and will last 12 months.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
Master's degree in Engineering or Logistics
First Experience in production in an industrial environment
International mindset
Fluent in English, German is a plus (and willing to improve)
Positive mindset
