Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group – Europe is looking for a VIE for Faurecia Excellence System & Productivity m/f for its West-South Cluster. The Headquarters of the Cluster is located in Terni (Italy), and the activities will be performed in France and UK (potentially in Turkey ) as well.

The main missions of the role are:
Lean and Digital Transformation at Cluster level
Productivity Planning and Execution in the productive sites
Flow optimization along the Supply Chain
Tracking of Plant’s main KPIs and consolidation at Cluster level
Implementation of Faurecia Excellence System’s principles and fundamentals
The length of the VIE is 12 months (renewable once up to 24 months).

The ideal candidate will have/be:
Master’s degree or Diploma in Engineering or similar
Knowledge of Lean Management. Industry 4.0 being a plus
First experience either in Operations (Production, Logistics, Supply Chain, Lean…) or in strategic or operations’ Consultancy
Experience in Automotive or Industrial environment will be an asset
Fluent in English. Italian and French being a plus
Ability to work in Team, to lead Projects, and to think mid
- & long-term
Strong communication skills and capacity to motivate others (experience conducting trainings / workshops will be a plus)
High energy and motivation to grow in a dynamic and technological leading company, within a demanding sector like Automotive
