Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group
- NAO (North America Operations) Division is looking for a Junior Program Controller RBU Commercial Vehicle (VIE) for its tech center in Colombus (Indiana, United States).

The main missions of the role are:
Validate each gate (program phase) at economic level
Produce and comment on standard program reporting to the program team, the Division and the Business Group
Participate in profitability and cash improvement actions (make-or-buy decisions, etc.)
Ensure that Company assets are optimized in the program
Support , coach and challenge the program team on all financial matters
Contribute to the Budget and the Medium Term Plan (MTP) processes
Propose business tools and system improvements relevant to programs
Acquisition phase:
Collect relevant data and issues the first Business Plan simulations and the Request For Quotation (RFQ)
Review and challenge resulting data
Program Monitoring:
Issue the Initial Business Plan (IBP), keeping it up to date throughout the program's life
Analyze capital requirement and investment requests
Serial life:
Ensure adequate transition of Program data and information to production site controller
Identify and explain the main differences between the IBP and the Start of Production (SOP)+6 months situation
The length of the VIE is 12 months

The ideal candidate will have/be:
Business School or Engineering background with Masters Degree in Finance.
Minimum 1 years to 2 years experience after graduating
Business minded
Strong communication skills
Self-starter
Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
