Faurecia’s VIE Program?
The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Your position and environment?
Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group – Engineering Division is looking for you as a VIE Digital Project Engineer m/f for our Product and Process Industrialization Center (PPIC) in Augsburg, Germany.
Your role and responsibilities?
Your main missions will be to:
Creation / enhancement of a concept to integrate the single component manufacturing within the paperless Advanced PPAP Factory (digital drawing, digital marking, real time documentation and tracking)
Interface definition for different equipment and machinery (e.g. measurement dimension, leakage) in corporation with external programming company
Optimization of processes regarding paperless workflow within the prototype shop (e.g. purchase, data visualization)
Validation of new software packages (e.g. data analysis, apps for iPhone)
Create training materials as well as perform training sessions to end users
The mission will last 12 months (renewable once up to 2 years).
Who are you?
Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Mathematics
Base knowledge in Mechanical/Manufacturing engineering
Analytical, problem solving and communication skills
Ability to work in an international environment, multicultural mindset
Continuous improvement approach
Fluent in English, German or French is a Plus
