Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group – North America Operations (NAO) Division is looking for a VIE Deputy Program Manager m/f for its Tech Center in Columbus, IN, USA.

The main missions of the role are:
This VIE will help in working on the different tools and system of the Program Management System.
The Role will be to support the Program Management
The person will be part of the Program Management reinforcement and Deployment
The person will participate for collecting data and consolidating for the Monthly reports
The person will eventually lead the Plant Launch Readiness Review activities related to multiple launches
The person will be involved in business plan optimization and Operating Income improvement efforts
The person will be involved with the Team Validation Review’s and Gates Reviews
The length of the VIE is 12 months.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
Master’s degree in Engineering
First experience in Industry and in Project Management is appreciated
Fluent in English
Results and problem solving oriented
Team work player
Ability to follow and track data and information to achieve the goals established.
Planning and organizing abilities – multi task oriented
Willing to work in a matrix organization in an international environment
Computer skill sets – Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Windows-based software
Strong communication (written and oral) skills
