Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group – North America Operations (NAO) Division is looking for a VIE Deputy Program Manager Commercial Vehicles m/f for its Tech Center in Columbus, IN, USA.
The main missions of the role are:
Support the Program Manager on all the phases of development of the program/s
Work on the different tools and system of the Program Management System.
Collect data and consolidate for the Monthly reports
Will support Plant Launch Readiness Review activities related to multiple launches
Optimize business plan and support to improve Operating Income
Participate to team Validation Review’s and Gates Reviews
The length of the VIE is 12 months.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
Master’s degree in Engineering
First experience in Industry and in Project Management is appreciated
Fluent in English
Results and problem solving oriented
Team work player
Ability to follow and track data and information to achieve the goals established.
Planning and organizing abilities – multi task oriented
Willing to work in a matrix organization in an international environment
Computer skill sets – Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Windows-based software
Strong communication (written and oral) skills
