Our Faurecia Automotive Seating Business Group – Frames Division is looking for a VIE Quality Warranty Engineer m/f for its site in Pisek – Czech Republic.

The main missions of the role are to:
Represent the Quality function during customer audits.
Plan and perform internal audits to check right application of corrective action in relation with action plans for warranty concerns.
Establish, coach and develop, in line with OHQ (On Hand Quality), the Quality organization in the plants & programs to ensure appropriate respect of customer’s specific requirement for warranty process and the right capitalization of warranty concerns.
Responsible for identifying Quality inefficiencies in the quality control plan to optimize the technical factor retains with customers (from suppliers to customer usage)
Revise the warranty processes of the division and its right application.
Validate the action plans after audits.
Define yearly budget and roadmap for Operations and Program.
The length of the VIE is 12 months.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
Master Degree Engineering, specialization in Quality is a must
First experience in quality, or significant apprenticeship experience preferably in industrial environment
Strong teamwork
Good communication skills
Fluent in English required
Knowledge of Audit ISO TS / VDA 6, etc
