Our Faurecia Automotive Seating Business Group – R&D Division is looking for a VIE Perceived Quality Engineer
- Industrial Designer m/f for its premises in Stadthagen
- Germany.
The main missions of the role are:
Contribution and support of the Perceived Quality (PQ) Process
(Benchmark analysis, Target settings, Product evaluation; Process Improvement)
Supervision and execution of Perceived Quality (PQ) assessment (different OEM [Original Equipment Manufacturer] projects)
- 3D data analysis and physical prototype assessments
- Creation of feasible design concepts (2D/3D)
- Creation of PQ review documents with illustration of the recommended actions

- Meeting with core development teams
- Data management
Support or Virtual Reality and Milestone Events
Support as Studio Engineering for Industrial Design Department
Regular exchange with Global Design Newtork
The length of the VIE is 12 months.
The V.I.E., an international young graduate program, enables young professionals who are less than 28 and European Union nationals to work for a French company in any country of the world. The ideal candidate will have/be:
Master degree in Industrial Design / Mechanical Engineering
Combining creative and aesthetic sensation with a good technical background
Experiences in automotive field or industrial/product design
Advanced skills in 3D modelling; 3D rendering and 2D illustration
Knowledge in CATIA, Photoshop, CAD Software; MS Office
Ability to work in team, flexible, able to work with different cultures and strong communication skills, project management skills
Fluent in English and basic German knowledge is a plus
