Our Faurecia Automotive Seating Business Group – Europe Division is looking for a VIE Human Resources Generalist m/f for its site in Neuburg – Germany.

The main missions of the role are:
Maintaining employee data and answering employees' questions regarding payroll accounting
Maintenance of time management data (working times, absence times)
Controlling of sickness and working hours
Preparation of personnel-relevant documents (e.g. employment and training contracts, modification
agreements and job references)
Cooperation in application processes
Organization and accounting of further training measures proposing action plans and participating in their implementation
Gather information and prepare monthly reports in accordance with the Group's HR rules and log the indicators
Ensure that the company complies with applicable employment law
Participation in training courses or the solution of HSE problems (Health Safety & Environment), if necessary
Participation on HR Special Projects
The length of the VIE is 12 months.
The V.I.E., an international young graduate program, enables young professionals who are less than 28 and European Union nationals to work for a French company in any country of the world. The ideal candidate will have/be:
Master’s degree with a specialization in HR
Fluent in English, intermediate in German
A first experience in the HR function
Familiar with HR information systems as well as MS Office
Good interpersonal skills
