Our Faurecia Automotive Seating Business Group – North American Operations (NAO) Division is looking for a VIE Financial Analyst m/f in its office based in Auburn Hills, Michigan, USA.

Main Purpose of the Job:
The Financial Analyst assists in Controlling Department’s role to prepare actuals, forecasts, and budgets for NAO Division.
Main Duties/Activities:
Consolidation of actuals, forecast, budgets and monthly results presentations to the BG (Business Group) and regional management
Responsible for certain month end reporting
Analysis of various periods
- actual versus budget versus forecast, etc.
Participates in the improvement of processes
Active role in preparation for budget.
Ensure the coordination and accuracy of the Tooling and Prototypes forecasting process
Monitors cash flows and leads cash improvement plans.
Support other functions with analysis as necessary
Special projects as needed
The length of the VIE is 18 months.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
Master’s degree in Business, Finance or related field
Fluent in English
First experience in accounting or finance
Strong computer and IT systems skills (SAP, Excel)
Strong teamwork sense
Strong communication skills
Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management
