Our Automotive Seating activity is looking for a VIE Supply Chain Business System Analyst (m/f) for its R&D center at Stadthagen, Germany.
The role of the Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst is to support the development and implementation of the logistics information systems with the Business Group.
The main missions of the role are to:
- Support a roadmap of deployment and development for the logistics systems used in the Business Group
1st/2nd Level Support for web-based logistics information systems
- Analyze logistics data and develop reports using (BI)Business Intelligence tools
- Maintenance of master data and drive change request management
- Coaching of internal and external employees
- Maintenance and development of Business Group Intranet application
- Development and maintenance of user manuals (Handbooks) and training units
- Develop, support and animate a network of Key Users for each application
- Monitoring and issue a monthly report on logistics key performance indicators on Business Group level.

The ideal candidate will have/be :
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply-Chain
- Management, Information Technology or comparable
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literacy, knowledge of the logistics systems used in the Business Group, very strong ability to analyse data
- Ability to design and deliver trainings
- Ability and willingness to travel (<30%)
- Very good skills in MS-Office applications (especially Excel)
- Ability to work self-employed and has a readiness of mind to learn complex task in short-term
- Fluent in English
