Our Faurecia Interiors System Business Group – China Division is looking for a VIE Management Development Coordinator m/f for its Site in Shanghai
- China.

The role of a Management Development (MD) Coordinator is to support the network of MD Managers and career managers in the deployment of the Group human resources policies and practices.
The main missions of the role are:
Assist the MD Managers and career managers in order to fulfil the staffing needs, facilitating internal mobility and transition or external recruitments Follow-up of the progress of staffing plan
Facilitate the sharing of internal/external candidate
Support the MD/Career Manager/HR on key positions staffin
Synthetize and communicate the follow-up of staffing plans for the MD network and operational manager
Providing reports and indicators in order to support the deployment of the People Review Action Pla
Follow-up of the progress of the PR Action plan by liaising with the relevant career manager
Provide the monthly PR Action plan KPI
Prepare the Quarterly People Review meetings
IDP (Individual Development Plant) Support the Division MD in the follow-up of IDPs at all stages of the deployme
Act as a key user on TMS (Talent Management Software) to support the employees in filling their IDP
Support the deployment and follow-up of MD tools and campaigns Creation and administration of the Share place and the Faur’us pag
Follow-up of the MD campaigns: Pre-assessment, STAR, Objective Settings, etc.
VIE People Review Liaise with the VIE Coordinator to ensure the recruitment of the VIE at the end of their missio
Manage the VIE People Review
The length of the VIE is for 12 months.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
Master’s degree in HR Business Administration with a specialization in HR
2 year's experience in HR
Fluent in English, other language is a plus
International mindset
Willing to develop himself
Proactive
