Our Faurecia Interior Systems Business Group – Acoustic & Soft Trim Division is looking for a VIE Quality Engineer m/f for its site in Eselborn, Luxemburg.
Please note that applications submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking teams in our plants worldwide. Only applications submitted in English will be considered.
The main missions of the role are:
Training of operators on 7 Quality Basics, Faurecia Quality Golden rules
Training of operators on R&R final control (repeatability and reproducibility test)
Implementation of 2018 Key Quality Improvement Plan (Final control methodology, Failure mode analysis, mislabeling workshop…)
Implementation of Meisterbock with light guiding system & follow-up
Management of IATF 16949 :2016
The length of the VIE is 12 months.
The V.I.E., an international young graduate program, enables young professionals who are less than 28 and European Union nationals to work for a French company in any country of the world. The ideal candidate will have/be:
Master degree in Quality
First industrial experience
Fluent in French (nice to have: English and German)
Strong Microsoft pack office skills, web and multimedia skills
Ability to work at various levels of the organization and with outside partners
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Structured and organization skills
