Our Faurecia Interiors System
- Decoration Division is looking for a Launch/process Optimization & Digitalization Engineer m/f for its manufacturing facilities in Kennelbach
- Austria.

The main missions of the role are:
Launch management :
Support the Launch of new project in the factor
Act as the interface between the Program Core team and the plant(s)
Manage the production launch and support the Production Ramp-up
Report all manufacturing risks analysis and their associated action plans and opportunities
Ensure that manufacturing milestones are passed successfully and on time
Check know-how availability in plant according to requirements and
Analyse industrial and technical tasks during prototype build (involving operators from production plant) as part of the MVP (Manufacturing Validation Plan)
Process Optimization
Analyse/understand the flow and the Process in the plant
Define and set up the actions to support the plant to improve and optimize the process in the plant
Be an active change agent within his site, by cultivating an FES (Faurecia Excellence System)mind-set / Lean Manufacturing Concept
Provide training
Digitalization
Analyse/understand the flow and the Process in the plant
Define and set up complet digital solution
Organize work groups during the project study phase
Determine project readiness (Go/No Go)
Develop and follow up action plans, KPIs, IT project reviews and associated costs.
Ensure the functional and technical analysis follow set deadlines, as well as preparation of the fit/gap analysis between plant needs and the DT standard solution
Identify and plan development of technical documents and organize necessary unit testing
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Master’s degree in Engineering
- Language skills: Fluent in English, German and/or French an asset
- Experience in the production
- Autonomy, creativity, energy, drive
- Strong Communications skills
- Analytical skills
- Organization skills
- Programming skills
