Our Faurecia Interiors System Business Group – Europe Division is looking for a VIE Junior Program Development Leader m/f for its site in Hagenbach, Germany.

The main missions of the role are to:
Coordinate Resources in Engineering team
Budget control for Engineering services
Product Maturity follow up, participation to technical reviews
Coordination and tracking of suppliers
Technical Reporting to Top Management
Timing follow up with Program Manager
Apply program Management System and Engineering Change Management and Faurecia tools and standards.
The length of the VIE is 12 months.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
Master’s Degree in Engineering
Fluency in English mandatory, German and Polish or Czech would be a plus
Team player with strong communication skills
International mindset
