Le Poste

The application development department is responsible for all IT projects performed within Caceis Bank S.A., Germany Branch. The processes and activities of the department consist of project and test management, functional analysis and specification, coordination of activities of development and infrastructure providers, quality management, and coordination of Go Live activities.

Your main missions will be:
• Being in charge of the quality management for the department
• Supporting the establishment of quality gates within the software development process, according to major software development milestones
• Executing quality checks
• Organizing and following up quality gate meetings, managing quality findings and actions to resolve them
• Supporting the publication of a quarterly quality report for IT and Operations management
• Executing quality checks
• Managing quality findings and actions to resolve them
• Improving the quality gate process and its related reporting

Profil recherché

Votre profil

- Minimal education level: Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent

- Academic qualification / Speciality IT

- Level of minimal experience: 0-2 years

- Experience in software development process would be a plus

- Required hard Skills:
> Software development processes
> Quality management

- Required soft skills:
> Communication skills
> Ability to work within a team

- Required technical skills
> Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

- Languages
> English: fluent
> German: basic knowledge
