·  Learn more about consultancy and more specifically about the job of a Reward professional;
·  Perform independent research and learn about topics within the PAS Reward practice;
·  Support the Reward team on several (client) activities in case this is desired;
·  Connect with and influence stakeholders to gain support for any initiatives and/or decisions concerning your thesis;
·  Encourage and facilitate collaboration initiatives amongst colleagues, and promote an inclusive working environment.

What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future


·  Has an academic background (in the last phase of a Master’s degree) in the area of (Business) Economics, Finance, Law or Social Studies;
·  Interested to write your thesis in one of our focus area: Executive Compensation and Governance, Variable pay, HR Transaction;
·  Is interested in the People agenda of (large) multinationals;
Is critical, flexible, and proactive, and has strong analytical and numerical skills;
·  Has an excellent command of English, both spoken and written (and preferably also of Dutch).
