Markets Associate – CS Ops_ Senior Associate  

 

 
JOB SUMMARY

 

The role performs financial reporting, variance analysis and adhoc support, as part of the Service Line Operations team.  The role’s major responsibilities include preparing/ reviewing, reconciliations, management reports, dashboards, forecasts, and analysis. The role requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail for a highly regarded team that focuses on accuracy and timeliness. The role should have excellent knowledge of MS Excel and good knowledge of Power Point.  The role also requires effective communication skills including communicating through email and over the telephone. The role aims to support the business and its leaders including Senior Management and Partners, through reporting and value- added analysis, data analysis and insight for strategy and futuristic business model implementation.

  
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
·  Actual vs plan weekly and Weekly/fortnightly/monthly financial analysis at SL/ office/region level.
·  Planning forecast for the entire business & setting- up reporting scopes for operation.
·  Budgeting & Forecasting, prepare and plan analytical information and communicate to SL/sectors/office and finance.
·  Develops MIS documentation and Dashboards to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
·  Provide commentaries on the reporting and play the trusted business advisor role to the leadership.
·  Prepare weekly and monthly presentations to the leadership team which will provide the overview/insight on actual vs plan results.
·  Provide the ideas, take initiatives and be proactive regarding the view/graphs/tables for presentation.
·  Work and communicate with SL/office/regions in order to collect commentary, explanations, and clarifications on analysing information.
·  Sound knowledge on monitoring of engagement/project finance and reviews.
·  Involve in ad-hoc projects.
·  Excellent Stake-holder Management skills.

Eligibility:
·  Graduation/PG in Accounting or Finance/Bcom/Mcom. MBA in Finance preferred. Min6-8years of strong experience in MIS reporting or Management reporting. Skills and Abilities:
·  Independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems as and when required.
·  Must have extremely strong MS Excel skills, Power Point.
·  Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
·  Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
·  Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
·  Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
