Junior HR Advisor, EY People Advisory Services (PAS), Nicosia

Our People Advisory Services (PAS) team is currently looking to recruit Junior HR Advisors for our rapidly growing team. As an Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work in a number of local and international engagements, with a broad People Advisory scope and within a number of different sectors of business.

You will be involved in projects and initiatives related to organisational design, performance management, talent management, culture and organisational change, employee engagement and HR analytics/diagnostics.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

·  Working with Senior and Managers within the PAS team to deliver human resources systems, programs and policies and provide expert advice for improving their HR capability and employees’ performance. 
·  Participating on gap analysis and diagnostics studies.
·  Writing reports and analyzing data collected on-site, through interviews, focus groups, surveys, etc. 
·  Developing HR solutions and recommendations to meet the projects’ objectives and address the clients’ needs;provides meaningful suggestions and successfully implements changes which enhance delivery.
·  Building and maintaining strong client relationships and representing the PAS team and EY in relevant events.
·  Working closely with PAS and other EY teams, where needed, to provide high quality deliverables. 
·  Performing general administration duties in the context of project management, including planning, meeting of budgets and deadlines.

·  Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek language.
·  Excellent report writing skills and high attention to detail.
·  Service and goal-oriented approach; demonstrating persistence, drive and energy to work on a fast-pace environment
·  A very good team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
·  Demonstrated integrity, values, principles, and work ethic.

 

To qualify for the role you must have:

·  A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Occupational Psychology, Social Sciences or other related field.
·  A Master’s degree in Human Resource or a related field.
·  Previous work experience in the HR filed of up to 3 years will be considered as an advantage.
·  Passion for the HR field and strong drive to learn and grow.
