Junior Business Development Associate

Job Purpose

As a Junior Business Development Associate, you will collaborate with our Business Development team members in all stages of business development. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our business channels.

Your tasks will be:
·  Various Business Development and Marketing related task, specifically:
·  preparation, administration and execution of marketing events organized for clients
·  team assistant tasks, e.g. handling of invoices
·  drafting commercial tenders and presentations
·  participation in customer experience surveys
·  ad-hoc business development tasks

 Requirements
·  University degree in business or a related field
·  Ability to communicate effectively
·  Strong interpersonal skills
·  Motivation and eagerness to learn and develop new skills and learn new technologies
·  Self-dependence, results orientation, effective time and task management.
·  Structured thinking and analytical skills
·  MS Office tools (advanced)
·  Hands-on mentality
·  Happy Soul
·  Fluent in English
·  Previous practical experience is an advantage
