Job description:

This role provides administrative services on managing Assurance archiving process and monitoring archive systems. Promotes the standard archiving procedures and processes with best practice to be followed by Assurance engagement teams, to ensure full compliance with the related legal and regulatory requirements. 

 

Responsibilities are listed but not limited to:

·  Monitor Assurance archive systems.
· 
Serve as helpdesk, deal with questions and queries on archiving policy and archiving process.

· 
Prepare regular and ad-hoc archiving reports for various senior leadership to assist in evaluating archiving performance.

· 
Follow up of archive entries with engagement teams from reviews, by sending email reminders tonon-compliance engagement executives.

· 
Ensure users’ issues and special requests are responded and processedproperlyas per procedures defined in the documentation and within timeline.

· 
Assist in other team services and tasks as necessary.

Requirements:
·  College degree in any discipline.
· 
Relevant working experience is preferred.  Fresh graduate is welcome.

· 
Proficiency in spoken and written English.  Good in Korean or Japanese is an advantage.

· 
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

· 
Particularly meticulous, willing to handle repetitive tasks.

· 
Mature and patient in handling user queries.

·  Self-starter and quick learner.
· 
Good team player with self-motivated personality.

· 
Able to work independently under pressure.

· 
Capable to accomplish multiple tasks within tense deadline.
