Rechtsanwalt / Volljurist (m/w) Arbeitsrecht

Ihre Aufgaben:

· 
Proaktive juristische Beratung in allen individual- und kollektivarbeitsrechtlichen Fragen

· 
Entwicklung von internen Richtlinien, Weisungen und Konzepten

· 
Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von Rechtsstreitigkeiten

· 
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften und der Personalabteilung

· 
Koordination / Beauftragung externer Ressourcen in arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen

· 
Unterstützung von Aktivitäten im Bereich Corporate Governance

· 
Beratung des internationalen Teams hinsichtlich lokaler Rechtsprechung

Unsere Anforderungen:

· 
Zwei juristische Staatsexamina (mindestens ein Prädikatsexamen vorteilhaft)

· 
Einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Volljurist in einem internationalen Umfeld oder vergleichbare Erfahrung in der Beratung von Unternehmen zu arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen

· 
Fundierte Kenntnisse des Individual- und Kollektivarbeitsrechts

· 
Hervorragende Beratungs- und Verhandlungskompetenz

· 
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

· 
Selbständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie belastbarkeit
