Position Purpose

We are now looking for a Second Level Operations Specialist that will be responsible for the coordination, management, execution and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support than offered by the 1st level Operations. This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

Main accountabilities - you will:

·  Ensure 2nd Level Assurance Support Activities
·  Ensure 2nd Level Incident Management
·  Ensure 2nd Level System Administration activities
·  Provide preventive maintenance and performance management
·  Provide input, implement and verify improvements in processes
·  Verify and implement configuration changes
·  On regular base covering the 7x24 Call-out responsibility

Technical Skills

You are/you have:

·  Bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or
·  3-5 years’ experience of deploy system test and lead testing team.
·  ISEB/ISTQB software testing qualifications would be an advantage
·  Knowledge of operation and troubleshooting for Alcatel and Huawei equipment’s

Nice to have

·  Knowledge of Managed Service telecom operations practice
·  Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
·  Ericsson knowledge

Personal Skills - you are/you have:

·  Excellent communication skills in English
·  Spanish communication skills will be a plus
·  Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
·  Ability to work independently and in a team environment
·  Ability to work under strong pressure related to scale of business impact
·  Ability to transfer knowledge to colleagues
·  Ability to interact with customers and internal stakeholders, and provide technical solutions
