Your function
·  You submit attractive and innovating tenders and awarding new contracts.
·  You understand clients’ needs and translate them in the right strategy to build a winning tender: price setting, selection of most suitable partners, propose the right project team etc...;
·  You coordinate the team responsible for the tender (technical bid managers, sales assistant) and interact with internal (legal, tax, HR,…) and external stakeholders (client, partners, subcontractors…) while you challenge the price, scope and planning of the tender and manage risks and opportunities;
·  After tender submission, you keep track of our tender and are responsible until final negotiation and contract signature. Once projects are awarded, you organize a hand over to the project manager;
·  You develop and maintain a network of (potential) clients, in the first place in the region Wallonia
·  As part of the sales team, you establish and update on a regular basis the market strategy and business plan to meet our sales target (business booked, hit rates…). You propose and implement solutions to improve the efficiency of our sales effort.
·  Through active prospection / networking, you build leads, create visibility and partnerships for industrial and tertiary clients.
·  You build and maintain proximity with actors in the building sector in Wallonia to deploy the strategy.
·  You support and second your colleagues in charge of other geographic regions in a team spirit.

·  You have a master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or equivalent;
·  You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in tender management and you can demonstrate some general knowledge of buildings;
·  You have a good understanding of the overall commercial process, including but not limited to the pricing sheet preparation, the technical/contractual risk assessment, the negotiation with the client. A few years of relevant experience in a similar position is a plus;
·  You have experience in coordination of small project teams;
·  You have excellent communication skills, are quality driven and operate in a customer-focused way;
·  You are good at listening the customers;
·  You are a team player, are not afraid to propose innovative solutions and have negotiating skills;
·  You are open to short missions abroad to meet clients;
·  You have an excellent knowledge of French and English, knowledge of Dutch is an asset;
·   You have a great capacity for multicultural human relations, analysis and synthesis;
·  You have the sense of priorities and you have an analytical mind;
·  You are good at planning simultaneous assignments and you are a good organiser, even in unexpected circumstances;
·  You are capable to work under stress and with short delays;
·  You have a dynamic personality, well organized and can work independently;
