POSITION DESCRIPTION:

TMO In-store Deployment Manager (m/w)

MISSION

• DriveSell Out(on the shop floor)

• Focus with our star products on the right customersand on the right points of sales(CBD & ABC stores)

• Mission: Deployment of TM activities in-store (the ‘HOW and WHERE’) in close collaboration with Marketing (responsible for the ‘WHAT’) and the Sales teams:

• TMO in-store leads the field (POSM) merchandising planning & calendars (incl. Ambassadors) => accountable for field deployment (which channel, customer, store…)

• TMO in-store plays a key role in the Customer Business Development (CBD) teams

TASKS :

POS in-storedeployment, merchandising, consumer promotions andtrade catalogues:

• Route-to-market POSM: quantities and timings per customer (ABC)

• Route-to-market trade catalogues: policy per channel and/or customer incl. quantities and distribution

• In-store execution: merchandising planning and field activity calendars

• Recommend and manage tailor-made activities and consumer promotions for specific customers

• Briefing sales teams

• Filter ABC store selection with cost to serve and measure profitability inputs per customer

• Set KPI for shop floor execution, monitor and measure in-store impact (display share, share of POSM, …) and support store selection planning for i.e. store staff recommendation rates

Special placement displays (i.e. branded shop-in-shop solutions) and in-store demo tool projects:

• Route-to-market: logistics, timing

• KPI monitoring / impact measurement of store presence and in-store visibility

• Track progress versus competition and provide inputs to Marketing

• Analyse customer feedback and recommend actions on the most effective way of bringing products in the stores (i.e. space or listing fees etc.)

Ambassadors:

• Deploy ambassadors in the right points of sale and monitor performance (ROI)

• Move ambassadors to more profitable stores if necessary (ROI)

• Ensure performance, education, loyalityand knowledge transfer of and within the ambassador community

• Management of the ambassador agency

• Manage field planning in time and budget

• Set KPIs, monitor and measure sell-out impact

Retailer trade fairs:

• Support sales reps in the organisation (booth development, logistics) of their regional retailer fairs to enable those fairs as “sell-out engagement machines”

• Set KPIs, monitor and measure fair impact on sell-in/sell-out opportunities

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Your Profile :

• University degree in Business Studies or similar required

• Proven track record in Trade Marketing Operations min. 3 years

• Experience with PoS Sales & Marketing within the electronic consumer goods sector

• Strong commercial acumen skills, strong in identifying upcoming trends in Trade Marketing

Soft Skills:
