Your tasks
You will design and implement a Change Management strategy for digital transformation and incorporate Change Management into our large-scale Change Programs through concept design and implementation. Working with business partners on a global level and across all divisions, you will assist them in implementing change through consulting, training, coaching and project support. Your responsibilities will extend to developing new Change Management approaches for digital transformation. In addition, you will drive Change Management for continuous improvement in DPDHL through diagnostics, stakeholder management and concept design, anchoring a continuous improvement culture in our organization. Driving our cultural change into an agile environment will be the job's underlying imperative.

Your profile

·  Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience, especially in digital transformation projects, Change and agile Project Management
·  Significant experience in and insights into current market trends and challenges regarding digital transformation in MNC's
·  Exceptional skills in (systemic) Change Management, training, concept design and coaching
·  Excellent analytical abilities, with superb stakeholder management and communication skills, incl. high level of empathy
·  Highly experienced user of Microsoft Office applications; very good written and spoken German and English
·  Strong team player; flexible and able to work independently; integrity and loyalty are critical traits
·  University degree in Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Economics or Social Sciences, Psychology or similar qualification
·  Willingness to travel in Germany and abroad
