1. Job Purpose

An integral link between internal business units, our Innovation Centers engage in customer workshops and business unit discussions to explore, develop and showcase logistics trends and solutions for the world of today and tomorrow and leverage the potential of our Group. We are looking for a HR Intern (m/f) in Bonn (Germany) for 6 months to support our Business HR team for Customer Solutions & Innovation within the EMEA region.

2. Principal Accountabilities

·  Support the Business HR team by working on projects to improve our Recruitment, Talent Management, Training and Onboarding processes
·  Support on day to day Recruitment and Training management activities by posting jobs, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews as well as organizing regional sales, leadership and development programs and initiatives including their evaluation
·  Develop and prepare analyses and concepts as well as transform them into relevant decision papers and presentations
·  Support our annual performance and talent management cycle
·  Support data-management for Global Talent Management Systems and HR database
·  Provide administrative support to the team and perform HR generalist duties.

3. Knowledge, Skills and Experience

·  Bachelor Graduate before starting a Master degree or Master Student with academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing & Communications
·  Fluency in English is a must; any other European language is of advantage
·  Excellent command of MS Office suite (Power Point, Excel)
·  Great team player with exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask
·  Excellent analytical skill plus very good capabilities in storylining/designing presentations
·  Confidence in developing concepts and structuring problems
·  Integrity, loyalty and willingness to go the extra mile
·  Must be focused on quality i.e. delivering excellent services
·  Ability to work with different people and ability to remain calm under pressure
