Responsibilities

Supporting the Supplier Management Department and the entire CAMO organization

Negotiation and administration of maintenance contracts

·  Arrangement, negotiation and optimization of contracts in collaboration with all related parties and interfaces for line and base maintenance as well as supply of parts and services
·  Responsibility for the entire process of contracting including development, establishing and optimization of processes
·  Development of individual performance specifications and performance indicators
·  Continuous support of all commercial and operational issues.
·  Economical responsibility for contracting of aircraft maintenance within the limits of authorization

Aircraft Material Management

·  in cooperation with material providers and maintenance requirements
·  steering and follow-up of operational issues in regard to material provisioning and supply
·  Development, optimization and administration of processes Optimization of material supply with aspects to financials, operations and logistics

Base Maintenance supervision (optional)

Desired profile

Ihr Profil

·  Degree in Business Administration or Engineering or equal practical knowledge in aircraft maintenance with additional skills in economics
·  Minimum of three year experience in aircraft maintenance contracting or planning
·  Above-average sense of responsibility
·  Willingness to travel
·  Profound computer literacy and knowledge in aviation-related IT systems (e.g. AMOS)
·  Sound knowledge of German and English (technical English), Minimum B2 or equivalent (according to European Framework)
·  Analytical-minded team player with good communication skills, who is able to work under pressure with respect to strict deadlines
