Duration: at least 12 months / Start: February 2017 / Working hours (per week): 15 - 19 hours

As Student Assistant - Change Communication you will have the excellent opportunity to explore capital market dynamics and to gain valuable practical experience in an innovative company. You will independently conduct research on topics with relevance on Change Communication as well as write/draft notifications for the intranet and the Online-/Print Employee Magazine. Alongside you will take pictures to round out your articles. You will learn how to administer the content management-system of Deutsche Börse Group, how to upload your articles as well as to adjust/modify existing articles. Furthermore you will take part in the creation of newsletters and support internal events. You will be actively taking part in our process, while we are offering you diverse, interesting and above all challenging tasks.
Your responsibilities
Write notifications for the intranet
Draft articles for online/print employee magazine
Editing articles and proofreading
Compilation websites for the intranet and supervision of contents
Assistance in organisation of internal events
Our requirements
Students must be enrolled in an academic programme recognised by the state during their internship
Minimum of two successfully completed semesters of undergraduate studies (Vordiplom, BAC+2)
Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
Enjoy editing and have good writing skills
A competent handling of MS-Office applications (especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Interest in internal communication topics
First experience in corporate communications will be an asset
Interest in content management systems
Organisational talent as well as communication skills and ability to work in a team
