Poste et missions:
Main Duties and Responsibilities: Support sales functions in assigned area in compliance with Delphi procedures and guidelines.
- Sales specifics :
? Startup internal sales processes and follow up the necessary steps
? Quotes submissions & negotiations with customer as well as follow up on Orders, deliveries, Payment
? Support for customer purchase orders & pricing updates
? Support monthly sales action reports and sales sheets. Maintain portfolio / literature / samples
- Customer and internal relationships :
? Support Customer satisfaction, represent Delphi at the Customer and help building good customer relationships
? Support customer’s meetings and ensure good flow of communication
? Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners
? Support proactively to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Quality
? Work with Customer Quality Engineers regarding Customer satisfaction
? Follow up on commercial issues. Liaise with Delphi plants on quality & warranty topics
University degree in Engineering; Economics or business Administration
Ability in personal relationships, team working and communication
Orientation to results: focus to customer and knowledge of customer environment
Fluent in English and German
Computer literate : MS Office
