RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of our Restaurant Support team, you'll be dealing with inbound email queries from our thousands of restaurant partners, keeping all of them happy and satisfied. You'll be working to tight turnaround times, using your communication skills, empathy and problem solving abilities to navigate requests from restaurants across the country.
You'll be working as part of a fun and friendly team, based in our central Manchester office.
REQUIREMENTS
· Good written English skills
· Be equally comfortable following established processes, using templates, and problem solving issues
· Ability to take ownership and work within demanding targets
· An interest in all things food and restaurants. Deliveroo is a company of people unapologetically passionate about what they do – if you’re not into food, you soon will be.
· Top notch people skills – you have bags of emotional intelligence and empathy
